Business X-Change meets regularly throughout the year. Our June X-Change will be held at the Portage County Business Council office. Business X-Change allows business owners and their employees the opportunity to discuss pertinent topics, learn from local industry leaders and, most importantly, learn from each other.
There is no cost to attend. Coffee and Danish will be provided.

About Our Presenters:
Karli Klismith, MHRM, CSP, is the Director of KerberRose Human Resources and brings over a decade of experience in HR consulting, firm administration, staffing, and organizational development. Known for her strategic leadership and client-first approach, Karli leads the HR service line and advises businesses on everything from talent acquisition and compliance to leadership development and workplace culture. She is actively involved in the Stevens Point business community, serving on several boards and associations, and is a passionate advocate for creating strong, people-focused workplaces.
Jen Witt has more than 15 years of HR experience spanning manufacturing, retail, and IT sectors. She specializes in policy development, compensation planning, labor relations, and employee development. Before joining KerberRose in 2024, she held various HR leadership roles and is known for her collaborative approach and ability to drive positive organizational change. Jen holds both PHR and SHRM-CP certifications and has been an active leader in the Fond du Lac SHRM chapter, including serving as President in 2020.
Together, Karli and Jen bring deep expertise and real-world insight into today's most pressing HR challenges, delivering practical advice with a relatable, down-to-earth style.
